Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

We may collect the following information:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Address (including City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code)
  • Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data may include information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Device type
  • Mobile operating system and identifiers

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We store your consent preferences in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. This essential storage remembers your choice and does not enable optional analytics.

Optional analytics and advertising tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager, using Google Consent Mode: until you accept, they are told not to store cookies or similar identifiers. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads and Meta use cookies or similar browser storage once you accept. You can reject or change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop scripts that had already loaded.

Use of Your Personal Data

We use your Personal Data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Manage your Account
  • Perform contractual and transactional obligations
  • Communicate service updates and important notices
  • Send promotional or marketing communications (with opt-out options)
  • Analyze usage trends and improve performance
  • Facilitate business transfers or restructuring
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Third-Party Tracking Tools

With your consent, we use the following third-party tools. Apart from Vercel Web Analytics, they are loaded through Google Tag Manager.

  • Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated traffic such as page visits, referrers and device information. It does not use tracking cookies.
  • Google Analytics 4: how visitors find and use the site, including pages viewed and actions such as sending the contact form. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings that show how pages are used. Text in our forms is masked and not recorded. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram): measure the results of our advertising, such as enquiries. See how Google uses information and Meta’s privacy policy.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number or message to these tools.

You can manage these tools through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. For information about Vercel’s handling of analytics data, see Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.

Our Book a Call page uses Calendly to schedule consultations. Calendly’s scheduler loads only on that page, and the details you enter there (such as your name, email address, and chosen time) are processed by Calendly. See Calendly’s privacy notice.

To protect our contact form from spam, we use Vercel BotID. When you send the form, it checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots. It runs in the background and does not show you a challenge.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We may share your Personal Data:

  • With Service Providers performing services on our behalf
  • During mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers
  • With Affiliates and business partners
  • With other users if you voluntarily share information publicly
  • With your consent for any additional purposes

Retention and Transfer of Your Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless required for security, analytics, or legal obligations.

Your information may be transferred to and processed outside your jurisdiction. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during such transfers.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data:

  • Through your account settings, or
  • By contacting us at contact@anchorpoints.io

Certain information may be retained where legally required.
